Parenting and caregiving can be overwhelming at times. At Little House of Neurodiversity, we understand the struggles you may face and we are here to offer our support.

We warmly invite you to join our support group specifically designed for parents and caregivers of neurodiverse individuals. Our group will be led by Christen Chiles from Circadian Counseling on the first Monday of every month, starting from December 4th. The first meeting will be virtual. So make sure to sign up so we can send you the link to join in.

Support groups offer a safe and understanding environment where individuals can share their stories, experiences, and challenges. It can be isolating and lonely when we face difficulties alone, but support groups can help us realize that we are not alone in our struggles. By connecting with others who are going through similar challenges, we can provide each other with the support and encouragement we need to overcome tough times.

Typical Outline for Support Group Meetings:

  • Welcome / Introductions
  • 100% Confidentially agreement
  • Permission to Record
  • Topical Discussion
  • Open Dialogue
  • Permission to Share Recording
